I work as an HR Executive in an Architectural Firm. The firm will be celebrating its 10th year of inception this week.
I have been asked to organize events to celebrate the occassion.
Please suggest me with some ideas with regards to what kind of activities that I can plan for that day.

This is a great occassion to celebrate. As it is a memorable event

better to plan for some momento to each and every employee.

Organize some sports and games and plan some gifts for winners

Organize a family meet and invite all the family members of employees for a dinner

Identify some inhouse talent, organize some events like small skits, singing songs and mono action etc

or organize some musical night through external professionals

Obtain the inputs from all HODs about the high performers and plan some excellance awards as part of appreciation and arrange to issue the same on the dias through the Chairman / MD / CEO.

Identify some good speakers with in an ask them to share their experiences in the organization.

Plan more activities of employees' children and spouses so that they feel the invlovement & pride of the organization

Plan to invite your customers also for the program and dinner.

Ensure some of your customers talk about the organization and its services

Any possibility from your side convince the people and falicitate your Chief (CMD / MD/CEO). This should be a surprise and very confidential up to the last minute as he is the person who is taking care of you all and this is the time for you all to express your gratitude.

Plan some small gifts like pen sets / pencil / lunch box /school bag / toy to all the children who participated in the event.

Hi Shetty, You can organize, physical fun games, frolic activities, singing competition (name it as noise show), comedy showz and end up wit gud dinner....
