Obtain the inputs from all HODs about the high performers and plan some excellance awards as part of appreciation and arrange to issue the same on the dias through the Chairman / MD / CEO.
Identify some good speakers with in an ask them to share their experiences in the organization.
Plan more activities of employees' children and spouses so that they feel the invlovement & pride of the organization
Plan to invite your customers also for the program and dinner.
Ensure some of your customers talk about the organization and its services
Any possibility from your side convince the people and falicitate your Chief (CMD / MD/CEO). This should be a surprise and very confidential up to the last minute as he is the person who is taking care of you all and this is the time for you all to express your gratitude.
Plan some small gifts like pen sets / pencil / lunch box /school bag / toy to all the children who participated in the event.
