Can any one tell me what is the time limit to issue the Employer Code under ESIC Act. after submiting the duly filled registration form with all requisite documents attached. Form was submitted on 28 Jan 2009, and did not receive any correspondance in this regard from the ESIC regional Office as yet. Please advise.

you should get it within 10-15 days .pls go and contact them immediately and deposit the ESI every month by writing applied for otherwise letter on you will pay intrest and penality.
