2. Also till the time my business establishes I was thinking of all these websites which talk about work from home. I have a few links but they ask me to pay Rs. 1000 - Rs 1500. But it claims that after that I can earn upto Rs. 25000 pm. Is it true and how reliable are these websites. Do not want to get stuck so seeking advsie.
Please do respond and help me.

Hi Joshua,
Reg your first query:
The next thing you need to focusis "Business Development"
a) You can ask clients for appointment and talk to them about your services and get their interest
b) You can post ads regarding your services (including on forums) on your services.
c) You can try getting yourself listed in the "Consultants" list so that if someone is searchign the directory / yellow pages - they will try reaching you
d) I am sure you will have access to job boards - how abt gettign the hr candidates email addresses and shooting a mail on your srvices to them
Try everything to advertise your services - network! Network ! and network!
and create the habit of keeping in touch with key people whom you meet, get their contacts and make sure that you frequently touch base with them - networking is the keyhere - be it candidates or clients.
Your second query: I have no experience with that. lets hope someone helps you with the same!

Hi Joshua,
Firstly you should know the market commercial on which your tie up will be based.
you should be very much clear on Perm and temp.
there are fix commercials for perm business and in temp there are lot many things to discusse.
If you are in perm I can give you some business but need to know where are you located and in which location you can recruit candidate.
Regards
Avinash rai.

Hi Asha
Thanks a lot for your suggestion.
I now understand that contacts are very important but how do I build them up.
I called up a few companies today and they asked me to send a ppt about my company and to highlight in that my success stories. Now I am just a starter how to go about it ...

The Art of Networking is very interesting. It need not happen in the same route as it happens with me.
Network network and network - you see someone influencial, or a person who is the decision maker , or who knows some info on who is the decision maker - just anyone - get their contacts, stay in touch.
Respond to their mails..
----------
Abt PPT - make it as original as possible.
Look you are new - so tell them that this is teh first tiem you are seeking for business opportunities and would like to start with the best client. Your prime busines must be (or you shuld be loud abt this) - that you only work with the top notch clients, and the services are meant to meet top quality reqmts.
I dont know wats ur USp - but try being loud abt it.
