Hello seniors,
As we all know when we think about interview...some picture comes into our mind( whether u r a jobseeker or HR/employer)

1st interview,2nd job seeker n 3rd one is interviewer(our gr8t HRs) and 4rth RESUME...

I want to ask some questions regarding RESUME (as i know about rest of the other 3)

How would u consider this matter as an interviewee/jobseeker??

Please help me out in this regard...waiting for the positive response.

1) Interpersonal skills :- many times freshers..mention in their resume that they possess good interpersonal skills..as per my knowledge int.skills is basically people skills ,the ability to work with and get on with other people..they might include team work skills,
keeping your temper, managing ur time well etc.etc

Now my confusion is that How come a complete fresher who never worked anywhere attending for the first interview... can answer this question.???how fresher can know about working in a team...??? OR a fresher should not mention this point in his resume..??? or how to face/answer such question.

2) Team player:-somebody who works well within a team, people with a lot of personality n who contribute and motivate themselves in many ways. In this case also how a fresher can answer this question....???

3) what are the points an HR seeks in a resume in the first 15 secs...???

NOTE:- questions asked just to gain some knowledge in terms of resume....

Link above questions with experiences of your life,
do you like to play / hangout in group of friends or with only 1-2 friends.
In school did you like to help / work in groups or liked to remain aloof,
such questions will help you to analyze whether you are a team player or not,
and tell lots of lies in resume, that will help you to get a job.
