Hi balaji,

I think u din't went through nina's profile she is HR executive in a company...

Still she's not happy with the whole thing it means..she's not one of those who behave like this...everybody has their point of you as its ur good experience that u never came across such people and many of us came across these means everybody has their own experiences/believes/suggestion reg this situation.

second thing is that what if we are a jobseeker...It doesn't means that any company person behave in this manner if somebody coming to ur company for a in my previous replies one of my dear friend said(don't remem.his name)" EMPLOYERS BEHAVES LIKE WE ARE BEGGING FOR A JOB"

as well as their are so many other replies where jobseekers...faced worst situations....

still i can take ur one point as positive that not every employers are alike...

otherwise only those people can understand this situation who has suffered this thing so many times.

Hi Rashmi,
hope doin good....even m taking this thing very positively....
These are the days of my struggle....(i just keep sayin this thing myself again n agian )
But if we don't understand this problem(about HRs behaviour towards jobseekers)
sooner or later we'll face this situation too in india...Like a corrupt politicians and govt employees who just sit in the office remain idle for hours just enjoy their lunch breaks...and we people keep askin them again n again to do a simple work....keep stading outside their them again n again to know the status of their application....
NOTE:-Please don't take it personal any of my dear friend just an example of how this situation can be worst if ignored....
