ISTD is the only govt recognized certification body for T & D in India. There is American ASTD also. But in Indian context, ISTD is the best. You will get some learning. Best learning comes from practice, which you will have to explore on your own. ISTD do not help in that. The certification is valuable.

You are welcome to visit Oscar Murphy International - Help Empower Life Potential and it is worth exploring the Flexi Learning Diploma in Behavioural T & D. The course has its practical application as it is conducted by seasoned international trainers and coaches who are Behavioral experts. You can ask them for references from their past students and the only thing that you will ever hear is that you have everything to gain by signing up.

Dear Shikha,
If you wish to have specialized course on Training and Development ISTD diploma is a good option. I have just cleared my two semesters and currently preparing for the internship report.
Diploma offered by Oscar Murphy also is good option.

Dear Shikha,
Unfortunately ISTD is only good course available in India in T&D. I am registered guide for the course. The course curriculam need to be revised to bring in line with the industry requirement. But it is recognised well in the industries. If you want to make your career in T&D, i would certainly recommend it.
If your company is sponsoring you, why cant you try for certified courses by ISAB & SUMEDHAs. This would give you better edge if you are looking forward to become OD specialist.
