There are lot many critical issues of HR and lot many awaited because HR is a daily learning process and alternatively known as (H)igh (R)isk.
Well, you can search out lot many issues raised, discussed and solved by many respected members. Just open any post – watch out what is the discussion – what kind of comments are there – how the seniors help to solve and what is the conclusion.

Its mean so many things like employees grievances, appointment order, issuing service letter, right time to give promotion, transferring PF from existing employment, etc.
