<Company Name> congratulates <Name> for completing one year of service. We thank him for his continued efforts and hard work during his tenure and hope that he would continue to contribute to the success of FireStream and have many more successful and fulfilling years with us.
To name a few of his achievements over the past months,

MRIDU,
Use WE, US, instead of I , ME, ok , n the rest is nice ;-);-)
your letter is dead,, when u used, XYZ ltd congratulates u ,,
and what sense it makes WE thank HIM it should be U , YOU for not his but your please give some attention to basic grammar

Dear Mridu,
While shooting mail to all employees ,you should be mentioned company achievements & employees contribtion ,this wll really motivate to all employees to do more.
and you should discuss with your management to provide some incentive scheme every year/month providing certificate to employees for appriciation ,see the example of food chain of Mc donals, they display the best performer pictures.
You should add some more mirch masala on your mail as Indian likes it.
Best Reards

Hey Ravi,
I am not going to sending this mail to that particular employee alone who is completing one year. I am planning to send this mail to everybody to make them to know that Mr.X is completing one year and he has achieved these things and has got the following comments from management and all. So i have used "HIM".
I think i'm right. Waiting for your suggestion Mr. Ravi.

Hi Mridulika and Sajid,
Yes, as u said i am adding all those details. Ofcourse as u said adding personal touch in the mail that would make them to feel that the mail is drafted for each one personally. I like this suggestion very much too. Thanks mirdulika and Sajid.
I am adding comment column below the letter, in that his/ her immediate managers would be commenting about that person.

Dear Rajasekar, I hope this may help you out. Regards Neha Chopra0

rajsekar i dont understand what you exactly want, look if you really want to appreciate an employee then first make two letters one addressed personally to the employee and the other letter will be sort of a general letter or notice to be posted in notice board so you need to draft two letters and in general letter which you will be posting in notice board, in it u can use his, he, kindly do make two letters
