I am looking to outsource the first level technical phone interview to some company - does anyone know of such a company? We need tech interviews in c# and Java/J2ee.
I also want your opinion on whether such a service would work or not. For even one open position we end up with 10-12 first round tech interviews and I find that in my org we have to get the engineers to do even this first technical phone interview and it is such a waste of time for them. So would outsourcing first round tech interview which is purely technical and nothing more really work out? You valuable opinion is welcome.
