When we do a search for a client we use behavioral assessments to screen the candidates and then do first round video "pre-interviews". We send the videos to the hiring manager for them to review at their convenience. It saves the hiring manager a lot of time and money since they don't have to fly everyone in for an interview and waste an entire day interviewing candidates. The biggest problem we have is getting some of our non-technical candidates set up on their end. Is anyone else using video interviews? What technology are you using to get them done, how successful have you been?

If you have web cams & MICs on both ends, you can use any free ONLINE VIDEO CONFERENCING softwares ... you can download by searching in google ... or can also do it by Skype video call
Provided you shud have a good bandwidth (internet connection)

There are the number of professional video interview websites. Pl try getting in touch with people. I think it is from Cisco. You may also try to check it out with - they have a video interviewing module which they were planning to commercialize.
And obviously you have the free software like skype etc.
