Hi,
We have 2000 employees over 70 locations (branches) in all over India.
Whenever PF Inspector comes for inspection to branches mostly south side they were demanding for Cash & Bank Book, Ledgers, Audit reports, Attendance Register, Salary Register, Forms 3A, 6A, Form 5 & 10 and also asking for to get the Registration in that Location. We are maintaining all records in our Mumbai office and due to confidentiality I am not to give all the records to that Branch.
Can any one sugget what reply I should give it to them.

in that case you send photocopy of form 2 ,5 of the employees of that particular branch
and send one photocopy of inspection report to your all branches .inspectors are creating issue for shake of m,oney otherwise this should not be the issue.
you can send PF number of particular branch to that branch and send photocy of return
showing those members.
