Pls check your appointment letter exit clause. In most of the cases during probation period management have right to end the contract without giving any reason. I will suggest you talk to your management and immediate bose. start looking for job and have a confident in your self. This is common challenge.... remmber not to work for company always work for job. In future better opportunity is wating for you.

Hi Rakesh,
Shine is right. U need to be strong. May be u are in present situation because u seems to surrender easily. May be u lack the confidence & "Yes I can" attitude & thats why your boss is not happy. Why will he replace you with a new guy..? Try to find out reasons. Look inside yourself & decide that you will keep working hard,Keep smiling & be friendly with the people around you. Make the atmosphrere around u lighter. Remember, Even if u lose this job, life does not end here. May be some great opportunity is in waitinhg..
Keep it up buddy, u have potential

Hi Rakesh,

First of all my sympathies to you. However, please understand that while you are in probation, the company may decide to terminate your services without assigning any reasons for the same. You have not mentioned the terms of your appointment, duration of probation period, whether there is any clause preventing or permitting the management to terminate your services without assigning any reasons etc. Please go through the letter of appointment carefully and if the company is following what has been mentioned and agreed to by you, there is very little you can do. Be courageous and graceful in accepting the inevitable. Ask them to give you a good experience certificate and tell them to mention the reason for leaving as "personal". I can understand how much painful it is for you, but all the same, in today's work life hiring and firing is becoming common. Do not lose hopes and I am sure, you will find something better soon as the markets are defintely showing signs of opening up.

All the best.

Do not feel depressed. Speak to your Boss to get to know the reason and explain your position, ask them to give chance. If nothing works out, don't be discourged. Try somewhere else..
NEVER LOOSE HOPE.

Export houses and almost every company is cost cutting - export houses are particularly badly hit by the recession as import requirements are low. It is possible that they got the new employee at a lower pay scale.
In any case you need to remain sincere and try to look for another job - there is very little point in getting depressed - although I understand that it is inevitable. What you need to focus on and understand is that 10 years down the line the status of your life will depend on how you tackle this challenge.
