Confirmation after resignation - terms of service changed!
Dear all i am working with a reputed company. the problem is that i have resigned from my job. than i was not the confirmed employee of the organization and my notice period was only for one month. but next day after my resign i have received my job confirmation mail and i was told by my senior that now i have to serve for 3 months. please guide me that in this situation what is my notice period will be. before resign i did not have information about my job confirmation i.e. either i am confirmed employee or not. thanks.

Confirmation period
Hi friends when we put something in appointment letter for the confirmation i know it could be extendable if the employee is not performing well...say after 6 months an employee would be getting a confirmation letter.. but my query is: for how much long period we cannot confirm an employee during his/her job??? kindly post your suggestions.. thanks & regards mani
Non confirmation of the job after several rounds of interview.
Dear senior members i had recently got interview call from the renowned consultancy firm they had taken telephonic interview and with the skype interview as well. they were convinced with my interview. i also gave aptitude test with them i also gave personal interview but no one is giving any confirmation for the job. even after several followups there is no postive reply from there side. does that mean that i have still not got job? jobin thomas
Whether 'probationer' is party to the process of confirmation?
Appraisal is done i one to one or ii 360 degrees all departments after 6 or 12 months of confirmation. but confirmation is done after evaluation of performance & conduct during probationperiod and this is mostly done onesided i.e. by management /manager s discretion. till date confirmation is used as a tool to correct the act of 'wrongrecruitments' or keep labourcount below eligibility criteria. if hr is using appraisalform for "both the sides" for 'confirmation' purpose; then i want to know whether it is appropriate.
