Sincerely tell when u start working? dear hr friends do sincerely tell that when u start working at the start of your day and when u stop working. for eg if office timings are 09.30 to 06.00 some people reach office at 09.15 and take half an hour to settle down and start work at 09.45 while some reach at 09.45 and immediately start work similar type while leaving office some people stop work at 05.45 and get ready in last 15 mins to leave office at 06.00 while some stop working at 06.00 and leave office by 06.15 and so on. so tell me in morning and evenings when u reach office start work stop work and leave office and wats ur office timings. lovebird
Problem of cross culture and task tracking problem
Dear hr members im working in one of the it companies of mumbai as an hr manager. we are around 50 people who are from different culture and religion. the first problem which we are having is: 1. cross cultural differences: with the very much surprise we have 50 people who are gujaratis and 50 people marathis. so most of the people are a part of group of respective culture. this thing bothers when it comes to performance let me tell you how we have 4 departments: in one department its mixture of both gujaratis and marathis and its already divided within though it shouldnt be. because of this we are unable to get maximum output from them. it isnt like that we have not put any effort to make them unite from the outside they all are working together happily but we know that their groupism behavior and lack of sync in their work creates bigger problem in the company. so my friends suggest what steps i can do for your information: we are already doing games and activities. 2. tracking of tasks: we have inbuilt software for tracking tasks and even daily we are are making them to fill task sheet every day. although we are not able to effectively track their task and projects. kindly suggest me the effective way to keep their task under record. regards sneha

Hi friends i am working in a mnc compnay am recruited as purchaser after that one by one increased my works admin maintanance and now hr.here i had one big problem in my office one gent is working he is doing finance and loginstics. but he is manuplating the people and the technicians who s coming from forgeing and wants to create i am bad even my management also believe him they don t wants to know both sides of him.simple they believe his lies. our operators are well known about him but they don t tell the truth to the management because they are afraid they will get any problem to their jobs when i am going to the office i got mental torcher because of his attitude. please help to suggest how to i prove he is telling lies and i am innocent infront of my management. or is there any other way to control him to create this type of problems to me and giving mental torcher. please any one can help me to solve my problem. regards lakshmi.

How to solve problems, when they are created by management people?
Hello i am working in a small it company as an hr. our company size is 25 employees. their are two people who are the ceos' of the company. one is in us and another one is in india. the company is in the rule of dictatorship of these two ceos'. now when i had one on one discussion with my employees what i understood is their are mistake from the management side and creating problem for employees in accomplishing their task on time. a small example a team of 5 people are working on a project a which they have to deliver in a stipulated period of time. these people make plan accordingly and start working on it. what happens is these ceos' suddenly comes in the middle of the work assigns some urgent task project b or c to those people and they have to do it. later on when the ceos' needs the project a people needs extra time for completing it and then it create problems. example a team of 4 5 people have assigned a project with all the details what they are required to do and everything based on client requirement. they start working on it properly suddenly what happens is these ceos' comes in the middle of the work and gives some inputs which are not given earlier and then employees are required to rework on the tasks which they have already finished. problems 1. whenever we discussed this thing with the management they don t accept their fault. 2. because of dictatorship their is no one who can contradict him. 3. being a small organization we don t have replacements if some urgent work comes from the ceos'. 4. as the urgent work comes for the ceos' employees have to do it. 5. because of this problem my employees efficiency is getting effected they have to stay extra hours and complete the work. kindly help me with your valuable suggestions.
What can i do if the employer is creating the problem while relieving me?
I have worked for a company sincerely and worked hard where there is condition for 2 years bond period. completed the bond period and worked 2 months more after the bond period. i kept the resignation and they have accepted orally. i also served for the notice period of 2 months according to their employment contract. they stretched up to last working day and on the last working day they said that your resignation is not accepted. due to this i lost the opportunity in the new company and due to this pandemic outbreak corona i am not getting opportunity. can i go legally for this? if yes how can i approach?
