Hello Girija ,

What exactly you want to know tell me.
As a Hr person one is required to be aware of
all the statutory compliances pertaining to various
acts like factories act 1948 (FORM 20 yearly , FORM 21 half yearly,
accident register ,form 23 ,17 ,muster roll - form 22).
Monthly returns to PF office (12a,form 5 mnthly,yearly 3A,6a)mntly
challens.monthly ESI (challens,form 1 & form 3 if new entries)
Form - D ,Form C in case of bonus . Yearly pollution control renewal,
yearly factories license renewal and so on and on.........

Thanks for the reply and details.Some body who is appointed as HR in service industry like-BPO,KPO,s/w,trading...,I want to knw what are the satutory reposnsibilities an HR will be holding.What you have given details seesm to be more inclinmed towards a Plant or factory set up.
