I was working in bank of maharashtra as clerk .i was posted at mandigobindgarh.because of un favourable working environment and mental harrasment by branch manager .i resigned on 17/06/2011 with one month notice as per policy of the bank.but the bank refused my resignation .and on various request accepted it w.e.f 23-07-2011 and asking for 22 days salary.whereas it should be w.e.f 17/07/2011 as per policy.the banks also not released my terminal benefits and pf amount of my working period.kindly justify this action of bank which is unethical and illegal.
