We are a small but very process oriented organisation and having intention to be dedicated to offer free services to both the candidates & clients.Thus we I urgently need a freeware(initially) to maintain all the scattered CVs(In WORDS or HOTMAIL FILES) in my computer.
We need the
1.software can search the REQUIRED CV(In WORDS or HOTMAIL FILES) just putting keywords.
2.can parse the datas from the CV(In WORDS or HOTMAIL FILES).
3.can store all the database(CVs and other informations)
4.can be attached with outlook express or gmail and way2sms or anything like that.
5.can generate invoices and bills and registration or donation forms.
6.can maintain our acounts.
Note:we dont require very high end software it may be even MSAccess based software or what ever can short out the NEED but free of cost..
