My employer is not giving my salary
I was working for a software company on a third party pay roll.my employer is pune based company and i was working in bangalore. i left the company since january of this year.but my employer is not giving my salary.its already 67 months happen.my employer told me that the software company is not giving approval but they send me the salary slip.will you please suggest me how i get my salary ?

Sir i was a marketing manager in a delhi based company and i worked there for almost 10 years . for few months around 6 to 8 months my employer did not give salary to me as well as others. i was having pending my salary as well as my bonus and gratuity also . now i have left the company working somewhere else. but my last employer is not giving me any response regarding my salary issues and asks me to come next month everytime. i want to ask should i go to labour court??

Sir am working in one hydraulic pump and valve manufacturing company now company announced layoff and present we are working more than 150 members per day and company deducted our basic salary and day allowance other allowance and efficiency incentive and turnover incentive. the company laidoff only for 39 members but in 25m act says if there is below 50 members laid off the company have pay 100 of salary to laid off workmen ???

Hi laid off without any prior notice. the company said due to funds/financial issues they closed one department and laid offterminated 40 employees on 22nd nov 23. they sent us an email saying the salary would be given on a regular cycle but then they mailed saying the salary would be delayed and we still didn t get a salary. all employees have more than a 20k salary per month. what and when can we take any action against the company? and how much it will cost?
Employer deducting both components of epf (employee+employer share) from my salary
Hello all as per the salary slip both the employee contribution and employer contribution of epf are being deducted from my gross salary. my understanding was that only the employee s contribution will be deducted from my gross and would show up in the salary slip whereas the employer s contribution part won t show in the salary slip. is this practice by the employer violating the epf rules laid out by the government? my second question is why they deduct epf as my basic is more than 15000/? aren t employees with basic more than 15k ineligible for epf? thanks in advance.

Dear senior kindly advice as per up industrial disputes act 1947 laid off compensation is 50 of basic & da to be given to laid off employee during lay off period but as per definition of wages as per up industrial disputes act 1947wages means all remuneration of caple being expessed including allowance. kindly advice laid compensation calculation will be based on basis da or gross salary for laid employee. regrds vishal
