Dear Friends,
Under The Sales Promotion Employees Act 1976 a Sales Promotion Employee shall be granted.
a) Earned Leave on full wages for not less than one-eleventh of the period spent on duty.
b) Medical Leave on half wages for not less than one eighteenth of the period spent on duty.
So as per these rules how many days will be his total leave entitlement for the year if the employee was on the roles for the whole of previous financial year and he has not availed of any leave in the previous year?
Thanks and regards,
