Dear friends with your busy schedule can you take out some time & clarify the below mentioned things. it will be a great help if you could provide the information. 1. what is the probationary period for positions like project manager & general manager etc. 2.if the probationary period is 6 months during the period he is not eligible for any leaves. if any leave is taken that will be lwp. once the probationary period is completed how to credit the leaves & please let me know the standard rule in crediting the leaves to employees account. i hope you will do the needful. with best regards nagaraj kulkarni
Absconded tcs in probationory period - what kind of action do i have to face?
Hi i absconded from tcs in the probationary period and i am on the bench for my onemonth stay in the company. according to my offer letter there is no bond. and it is mentioned that if you are leaving the company either you have to serve a month s notice period or you can leave by paying one month s basic salary. but there is no specific clause for a probationary period. for the probationary period they mentioned it as the company has the right to terminate the employment of the associate if his standards are below expectations in probationary period. as i was not allocated to any project i kept mailing them saying i could not continue my services due to personnel problems and after i stopped going to the office. after one month of my absconding i received a letter from them saying you have not been attending to your services for the last 30 days. please report immediately; otherwise disciplinary action will be initiated as you are in a probationary period. my concerns: 1 what kind of action do i have to face? 2 what are they expecting from me? 3 will there be any clause specifically for a probationary period? please help me with this.

Probationary period after 6 months training
I have been working in a company in bangalore for past 6 months as a trainee. as per the offer letter given to me the training period is for 6 months for which i was paid rs 7500. from which pf and esi was deducted. now i have completed my training and asked the company for an increase in salary but the management is saying that there is another 6 months probationary period for me. this was not mentioned any time before. is it possible to cut esi and pf during training period and to continue this probationary period after training period.???

Hello this is tejesh working as a hr in a pharmaceutical org. i request all the members to suggest me. what percentage of salary hike can we give to employee after confirmationafter his probationary period. suppose an employee salary is 5000 and after probationary period the employee will be conformed and what can we give him for salary hike. and if particular employee is not upto mark and his probationary period has to be extended can we give him salary hike or should he be continue with the same salary. if particular employee s probationary period has to be extended what period can be extended. waiting for your valuable reply. regards tejesh
