hi I think this is a vague question. but please help me in answering this. this rating is for service industry(consultancy)

hi ,
i think you can generalise the importance of any cluster , the importance of a specific cluster will be dependant on the type of industry e.g ,
if it is a sales driven organisation the emphasis of financial cluster is rather high
but if it is a knowledge industry then the learning and development cluster becomes very important.
If it is project driven organisation then the customer cluster assumes higher significance.
if it is a process industry then process cluster becomes important.
