Dear All...
I have done my MBA in HR and currently working as HR Generalist, having one year of experience.
I wish to enroll myself for "Diploma in Training & Developement from ISTD" as i am keen to enter the field of T&D.
Just need some valuable suggestions & advice about the same. Will it be the appropriate time in my career to go ahead for this course? How much value adding will this course be for my career?
Regards,
Shikha

Hello Mr malikjs,
I'm doin PGDBA in HR through Distance education, now one thing i know that distance education lacks practical knowledge I mean It only consists Online exams n online assignments.
Cud u please suggest me something which i can do beside above mentioned
Things..Like any researchs, projects, trainings, anything in detail which would
be a plus point in my career..as well as help in gettin job cuz after so many interviews i came to know only doin PG in HR is not enough One need to know more rather than studies..
Please help me out ..this is my 2nd year of PGDBA n about to start the main part of my studies ie HRM first year was related to Business Administration..
Waitin for the positive reply...
Thank you so much in advance...:):)
