hello sir, as u hav mentioned in ur previous posts that we should first think how to analyse the data , then only design the questionnaire
so i want to design the questionnaire carefully, from the variable identified for the survey....i don't want to repeat the mistake n want to design the Q' carefully keeping in mind that i have to apply regression analysis & factor analysis etc.
i need ur expertise for the same
respected sir, my mentor has given me some 20 points based on which i have to design the Q' for the services provided by the hr department to employees who r their internal customer
m gettng confused how to frame d Q' for the same so dat spss can be applied
with warm regards,

I suggest that you search the web and read material available, if you do not have access to Research methodology books. For example, <link updated to site home>

You could also try to find out how important each of the 20 elements are in addition to their presence or absence, or agreement and disagreement with the statements; you could also check if there is any gap between expectations and perceptions (Are you familiar with SERVQUAL concept and tools?).

Dear Nikita,

Have you got hypotheses to prove/disprove? These will help you to determine the variables. For example, see the article on male and female job satisfaction at A Model of Employee Satisfaction: Gender Differences in Cooperative Extension
