I need help on my management ask me to prepare ground work for customised HRIS system.Should i go out of scratch system or as we are having ERP system in which i can do modification with the help of out IT person.

I am working as a PeopleSoft HRMS functional consultant and i can surely help you with this.
Firstly identify the prospective ERP packages which you would like to implement, For e.g. you want SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle or some other open source programs.
Secondly you should try to map your HR practices in the mentioned fields of HR with those delivered in the selected ERP packages.
More you use the delivered features, more cost effective any solution becomes.

Hi Snajay,
Devendra here from Greytip Software.
As it is very difficult to devlop something in ERP and then reuse it.
You might need an HR Software specialist who can develop a product for you again it would be a cost for you. Your IT Team would not be so tech Savy for the same. If it work then it is fine otherwise you have to go for HRIS.
So why to waste money and efforts.
I will suggest you to go for HRMS Software.
