Can anyone pls. tell that Whether ESI is applicable in Educational Institutes or not and what is the ceiling Limit for Handicap persons. I have heard it is 25K. is it true or not?

As per my knowledge ESI is applicable to Educational Institutions. And there is no special provision of 25k as ceiling limit for differently abled people. The usual norms is applicable to the differently abled people also.
