Dear Seniors,
Good Evening!
As i am working in the educational industry, and we are in the sales and marketing.
we have various branches in maharashtra, in branch there is a branch manager, counselor, event executive, branch executive and admin.
As my Boss has told me to prepare the KRA setting of above mentioned designation and it should be linked to the performance appraisal.
So i requested all the seniors to help me is the above matter as it is urgent for me.

Hi Kishor

First you need to understand their job role, and then you need to identify critical performance areas in their role taking that into consideration you need to build their KRA's

For Example
Admin: focus on cost cutting, facility administrator etc etc....
Counselor: With good communication skills person should able to handle queries and convince, handle foot falls in the branch, converting ratio....

For building a KRA's

1) Keep it brief
2) One KRA should have maximum 5 points in it
3) KRA should always start with a verb.
