Dear Seniors
I have started working for a new place its almost 20 days that I have started, I need to start talking trainings sessions for the staff here. To build a rapo, what class can I begin with? I work for a hotel as a trainer.
Please advise. The session should be informative as well as impressive.
Thankyou & Regards

Seema..

First you understand what the need of staff is, in terms of improving their performance... you can design a questionnaire and find out where employees are lacking….

Then prioritize the areas and starts giving them trainings on those focus areas.

Hi Seema,

When you pose a non-focussed and non-precise question it is difficult to answer you. May be that's why people shy away from giving you an answer. What do you mean by Hotel Staff: front line or back room?
