What is 360º Assessment?

Also known as "survey/feedback", "multi-rater assessment", and "360-degree" feedback, it is basically a way for someone to collect information from others that could be useful to improve performance. Why 720 Feedback® is Better than 360ºAssessment

Continuous improvement requires constant measurement (TM). As useful as it is to take The Index for Emotional Intelligence "360" the first time, it's the 2nd and 3rd times when one can also measure progress. Showing improvement is important to the 360 process which is why our 360 has a comparison report that compares the current 360 to the previous 360. For the executive team our Organizational Management Analysis report presents the results of all 360s in one report to help executives see where the organization stands relative to their desired behaviors.
