Dr.Megha you are a DOCTOR and you should do service to society and not do recruitments. Better open a clinic and practise there.
Is this for what you studied medicine? :x:x
Or just for a liesure job and money you want to come into recruitments?? :x:x
The society is in dire need of good doctors and do your part of being a doctor.

Dear Megha,

To a certain extent , i agree with Mr. Ravi but at the end of the day your career is your choice . Besides that, you being a doctor can specialize in recruitment of Nurses, Hospital Staffs, Medicos, Para medics etc.

As for your query

1. Invoice - This is the bill that is presented to your client by you for the service that you have provided.
2. Vertical- In recruitment world, this is synonymous with department. Such as a typical business will have sales vertical, It vertical, Finance vertical etc.
3. Permanent staffing- This is the type of recruitment in which recruited guys will be on the payroll of company on a permanent position. Your job as a recruiter here is only to find the right guys.
4. Contract Staffing- This is the type of recruitment in which recruited guys will be on your payroll and not on the payroll of your client company. They will work as consultants in the client company for contracted period of time. Here your job is not only to find the right guys but to pay them according to agreed terms and look after the statutory requirements regarding their employment.
