confusion
Hi ,
I have query regarding PF related issue, actually i am working in public limited company since 11 months, my company has 2 sister concern registered with different names here. Inititally my offer letter was given by company 1 even my PF amount was also deducted from month one, after 9 months due some reason they have changed my employement to company 2 and said that i will be given new PF number.
My company has created the 9 months PF contribution to my my account(780 per month which is 6830/-), but according to PF Act even employer should also contribute to PF, but my company has not given / spoken anything about employer contribution.
Can any one suggest who would be the right person in my company to talk about this issue? :-?
Regards
Hema

hi
I am giving the reply assuming that your company is an unexempted establishemnt under EPF Act i.e. the funds are managed byt he EPF Organisation.
The employer is bound to contribute his part of contribution. you donot worry if your name has been shifted to another company. you simply ask your employer to fill form 13 so that your PF accumulations could be transferred to new establishemnt.
As regards, less credit of PF you must ask your HR or Personal Manager about the same.

Dear Hema,First of all, fillup the form 19 and 10C for 1st one company and get the PF then fillup the another form i'e same form. Otherwise you can transfer the PF into 2nd one company. For PF transfer, fillup the Form 13. This is my personal suggestion that don't go for transfer PF. Note:- If job tenure is less than 6 months then Provident fund is eligible not for Pension Fund so that you will get it from 1st one company but you can get it both fund from 2nd one company.Contact person:- HR Team.

Dear Ms Hema....
Plz check ur PF A/c no. if the financial year is complted kindly collect annual slip...and whether u hav submited form 2 if so keep the zerox of tat..
so before withdrawing kindly shift ur a/c from the frist company then apply for withdrawal.. if they dont provide or coporate with u kindly make an application to ur employer with all details & mark a copy to EPF Commissioner to the concerned area.
With Regards
Ramnath
