I don't understand why people keep pet names on this site. Most of the members shy or afraid to disclose their real name even finds diffidult psychology to read what is this all about.
Now, I come across one typical name never heared in my life "Bhajiya" .
What is this Bhajiya means to citehr or username..
This is joke or what ? is he serious member or making fun of us.

First of all Partho... is this a question u would like to have answers from Seniors? So you posted in "Talk to seniors"
People have n number of reasons why they dont want to disclose their names. Should that stop you from working peacefully?
I doubt if the lady in ur Organization who u had complained last week abt raising issues for no reason...actually had reasons to behave so. Pls learn to avoid such small things disturbing you. U seem to occupied with things other than what should really matter.

Dear Members,

I agree - its really funny to see that such a topic has reached the "top discussion" area.
Something that I would want everyone to think about is -
  • In life too we tend to give importance to those areas that really should not matter at all.
  • We make a huge issue over a silly matter, and finally make ourselves look funny to others
  • Like Partho, many of us get worried over silly issues and tend to prioritize that more than anything else. Should we not see how its going to benefit us or others too?
  • Relating it to personal life - we tend to give importance to people who dont really matter to us, whereas the really deserving people in our life - miss our love and care. And we justify reasons saying that "Its work pressure"!
  • Really??? Isn't this post a proof for the same?
  • Many of us agree to the fact that this post was really unnecessary and too childish to be raised at all. But - sometimes these silly things even psyche us and make us feel angry and irriated. I agree - I got frustrated. When I thought over it later, I understood that even I have been silly for having given imprtance to this at all. But I learnt something out of this...
Partho, relax and take a larger picture of your life. I think you have more interesting avenues. And even if such small things irritate you - why dont you post a private message and ask the reason? People will feel liek giving the answer you deserve to know.
You seem to be "Assuming" a lot of problems.... tho they never really exist at all. No offense...
