I request my employer to give me sponsorship for Higher studies in USA. He is ready to give me the required tuition fees for my higher studies.But he wants to make a deed that I will serve hi company minimum 3 years after complete my MS degree.Please give me sample deed copy for my study. If I know the rules & conditions I will easily negotiate with my company.Please help me.........

hi all breaking of bond have to call civil suit as per labour law you cant’t prevent employee from leaving the service only notice pay if any as shown in standing order can be recovered

Hi,
Please can someone forward me Employee Bond - Format which binds the employee for stay with company for atleast 1 years and notice period is 1 month incase he leaves before 1 year or without notice , he needs to pay hs 1 month of salary to company.

Is is right if employer told employee to sign the one side bond. One side means in bond mentioned if employee left job or company terminate the employee due to any reason before 3 years tenure then employee have to pay 3Lakh as compantation of 2 month training.
Is it legal?
