Hi Mital,

Recruitment Process Outsourcing is Outsourcing of a part or whole of the Recruitment Process of a Company.

First thing in the RPO is to understand the Recruitment Process of the client. Process changes from company to company.

After you get the complete process, do a thorough study of the number of people/resource you will need to execute each process.

For Example: Job posting in Job sites - in this case, how many jobs you have to post per month. Calculate the time required for posting jobs in say 5 Job portals & 50 Jobs. That is 250 individual posts. So for doing this how much time will it take for a Person.

After you are through with individually accessing each and every process, time and manpower required - calculate the add on cost like workstation cost, EB, PC, Maintenance, Welfare etc etc.

This will give you cost per process & cost per resource. After you have this cost, buffer it with your profit & put up the quote to the client.

Clients may expect you to handle other external agencies too. It may also expect you to market the Jobs etc. If this is part of your portfolio, then charge them accordingly.

In short - RPO is nothing but BPO for Recruitment.

Shankar
