Dear All,
I am working in the manufactory setup. I have joined this company 6 month before, my boss has told me to prepare Facory HR plan where I have to present some new ideas. please, guide me on this, so that i can put some new points.

Thank for your reply, Every year we present department objectives and its plan to the top mgmt. As i work in the HR department, i am looking for some guidelines.Details about my company:
It's a cigarette manufacturing company, 400 is the total manpower strength.HR dept, involvs in the follwing area:
> Maintaining IR and PR
> Workers-PA
> Welfare activities
Recruitment and T&D handled by Corporate HR

I am no HR expert. I am sure experts like Ash Mathew and Akhilesh and others can advice you better. Even they, I am sure, would require more details.
