hi,
I think there is no issue if somebody involved in love with some one but the thing he/she should has to understand one thing that in his life not only the love is enough to survive and even if you see in the practial life to nurture our ove or to retain our partner we require money which we only can earn through work as well as performance. If an employee or person stop performing it will sploit his career and if career will spoil his/her personal as well as social life will never be sustain.
So, I think if this type of message you communicate to the said person it may be possible he/she can understand the ground reality and start behaving in the practical way.
thanks
