Here i am sitting in my office @ night…
Here i am sitting in my office night thinking hard about life how it changed from a maverick collage life to strict professional life... how tiny pocket money changed to monthly paychecks but then why it gives lesss happiness. how a few local denim jeans changed to new branded wardrobe but then why there are less people to use them how a single plate of samosa changed to a full pizza or burger but then why there is less hunger.. here i am sitting in my office night thinking hard about life how it changed.. how a bike always in reserve changed to bike always on but then why there are less places to go on how a small coffee shop changed to cafe coffee day but then why its feels like shop is far away.. how a limited prepaid card changed to postpaid package but then why there are less calls & more messages here i am sitting in my office night thinking hard about life how it changed.. how a general class journey changed to flight journey but then why there are less vacations for enjoyment. how a old assembled desktop changed to new branded laptop but then why there is less time to put it on. how a small bunch of friends changed to office mate but then why after 8 o clock it always feel like getting late. here i am sitting in my office night thinking hard about life how it changed.. how it changed..

I am a female being asked to work alone in the night shift or with only one other male employee
Hi all i am a female i joined my current company about 2 years ago agreeing to work in 24 hour rotational shifts. i was told by the hr that i may have to work with a team of only male employees at night as they did not have any female employees in the team at that time. i agreed to it thinking i will be safe with a team. however later a few changes happened and i was asked to work in night shifts only with one other male team member the rest of the office being empty of employees in the night. i did that for 23 months insisting that i can t do it much longer as it is not a comfortable condition to work in. i was then put in the day shift. now again i am being forced to do a night shift with only one other male team member in the whole office. there will also be times when i have to work alone in the whole office. there is only one security guard who stand outside the premises and come for checking once in an hour. we are also not provided cab pick up and drop. it is a very uncomfortable situation to work in. moreover our office is located in a area where no other companies work during nights. please let me know what are the rules about women working alone or only with only one other male member in the night shifts and also about cab facility in night shifts. thanks a lot for your help
Profile of and hr but sitting on front office
I am working in a company which very new at the time of interview i was told that i would be joining as a hr manager and i got the offer letter for the same. the company told me that for the first month i will be sitting on the front office because they have not hired any front office executive i agreed to that but now its been more than six months that i am sitting on the front office and if i initiate a conversation for the same they complaint that they have shortage of space. also nor i am handling any type of hr work neither i am allowed to take interviews. adding to that they are handing me over the data entry work which i was not aware i would be doing. plus i get a scolding if i don t complete the data entry work which is very strange they are terminating employees without any warning letter which is not the rule. to mention i don t have any rights of hr being one. what step can i take in this situation? please help tia
