Hi Guys
I am working with a US based IT consultancy. Till now my work was to market the Resumes given to me for projects in US.
But is there any process that I can forward the requirements which other recruiters are sending me and obtain candidates, therafter can I submit them to the vendor who sent the req ?
if so should there be pre signed contract between our comapny and other vendor companies?
please give me clear idea about this....

Dear Alwin,
You can make contracts with popular international job portals like Dice.com, career builder.com, Jobhundo, Creative central etc. There you can get updated cvs for your requirements. Also you can identify the work authirisation details of the candidates to working in US

but what im trying to find out is ...before the part of searching for candidates in dice or other job portals... what are the steps to be taken ...
I mean should there be any contract between vendors that I will submit candidates for their position? or I can directly search for candidates and send them....
I m bit confused it would be of gr8 help if u could make it clear...

Yes there has to be a contract signed between you and the vendor company that is called subcontractor agrrement. This contract is signed between the vendor company and your company.
But let me tell you that the chances of closure are less.
Firstly, you need to check if the company that is sending you the requirements is working with direct clents, tier1, tier2 etc. So that you can judge the layers between you and the end client.
