Rawat. . . I am to assume that packs mean cigars here (or alocohol)
Either ways...both will affect your health.
I am not saying for you..or in concern of anyone who is either into drinking or smoking, but I am talking with concern on the ones who love you - and who thinks that you are the world for them. Think abt it... Probably they would not want to lose you to gettign addicted to drinking or smoking.
Anything to justify urself is self defending!
On the lighter aspect - as a joke, it was funny :mrgreen:
But health wise... I would not give a thumbs up to this!!!

one thing to add...for those who sleep with night bulb on..keep the colour of the bulb blue...i had read in some of the gud health magz that blue colour light has wonderful effect while one sleeps...:idea::idea:

The perfect to get a good night's sleep.
1. Make sure you work hard during the day and get tired.
2. Early dinner.
3. Don't talk much after dinner.
4. Pray before going to sleep.
5. Perform ablution just before going to sleep.
6. Sleep with head to the west.
7. Turn on right side.
8. Right hand between cheek and pillow.
9. Left hand on waist.
10. Catch the heel of right foot between thumb and finger of left foot.

Nearly u are sleeping 12hrs per day at coimbatore. My goodness How is it possible? because i also live in coimbatore but i usually go to bet at 10.30 and i woke up 5.30 sharp earlier.
Though my working hrs is 8.30 to 5.00pm i feel very good at night. i am getting enough sleep to get a fresh mood at the morning. I thing 6-7hrs sleep is enoug to refresh ur body and the mind.
If I meet u surely i'll give a big gift to u.If i follow ur tips surely,i'll get lots of loss of payon my work.
just kidding take it as cool

Dear Sekar - my work begins around 9:15 and ends at 7:00
You see.. I stay really close and travel time is less. SO I get enough time to sleep...and also - deserve that sleep 8)
Loss of pay - will happen if you bunk on work :-) NOT KIDDING
Anyways, lets see if I can come up with some good tips on being productive at work and still sleep with no gut feeling! :roll:

Would like add on the old metaphor but true saying ....Early to bed and Early to rise makes man wise .All these tips will help us to be wise .

> reach ur home > bath>wear sme white dresses> hv a light breakfast> talk with ur family > 1 hour Tv programme with your family > hv a dinner> go to ur bed>listen the song > make ur schedule for the next days within 15 min>use perfuem>read the sme books or articles ( which u like most ) > after 30 mins u wil feel sleepy and u will slep well....
I am sure u wil sleep like a ""Kumbhakaran""" :D
and in morning u wil feel fresh and energetic ......

Hi Narendar,
I did not find it wrong from ur end. But it was good that you raised that point - because people out there who do it, must know its a sure way of "eternal sleeping"
You never know - there are people out there who think that alcohol or sleeping pill is the best way - but the fact is: Healthy life, clear mind of worries and humor - is the way to have a peaceful sleep.
