Dear Seniors & All,
Could you please help me with the below question:
Discuss the types of tools that you would use to add depth and fairness to the feedback that would be given during the appraisal interview. Discuss how these tools can be used to provide development advice, and how you would monitor progress of this development throughout the year.

Some examples are 360 degree, Customer Surveys, staff surveys, behavioural rating scales, self evaluation....etc, supported by why you would choose these.
Appreciate if you could explain more tools and how these tools can be used to provide development advice ?

I am also stuck at something similar to your question but I suppose the answer would also relate to the skills of the appraiser as it says fairness!!! I wonder how you could frame examples like 360 degree, customer surverys, staff survery, etc???
Would appreciate if someone could give some hints to tackle this issue.

i tried a lot to understand the question and ended up with the need for training appraisers, improving communication, transparency of the appraisal, etc. but dont understand how we could use these tools to to provide developmental advice???
