Hello Seniors,
Recently my boss told me to organize a communication skills/Motivation training for the employees in my office. He forced me to take this session . I never been organized this type of training and sessions and i know i am not comfortable with it.
Please suggest me....It's urgent(Also please give the idea and suggestion how to organize these session in a well manner)

Hi Rajesh,
Its a good opportunity and you must take full advantage of it to express you views to completely to the prospective audience. You need to work on the theoritical/ introductory part of the topic, sinc eits essential to describe the audience as to :
  • why they are attending this training and
  • What will they take with them at the end of the day.
Since the topics are communication skills/ motivation involve lots of exercise in order to draw maximum participation from the audience. For motivation training you can bring in more and more of theories like Hertzberg, Maslow, Vroom along with some exercises and also try to shoe them some videos.
Always remember ppt never form an intergral part of training programs.
