Dear all,
I am a training manager working in bangalore. I had an idea about forming a group of training managers rom bangalore. This group will help us interact persoannly and help us professionally also. Afterall training is about 'development' of ourselves and employees of our companies, this can be achieved more effectively by exchanging of ideas.
Hope this makes sense. Please reply with your contact info.
My number and e-mail is:

9980570366.
thanx.

Hi Shreya,
I think you are right shreya, its better to remiain in the forum than to make individual forums. This seems to be the sentiment of many cite members.
My intention was to create something for thr 'Training managers' coz this professional ,more than anyother, thrives on shared ideas and knowledge.
But looking at the mixed responses, i think i will stick to cite forum only.
Thanx shreya,
Sridhar

hello! There is already a trainers forum operating in bangalore. It meets every third saturday at the Institute of Engineers. There are around 30 trainers who regularly come and interact and share their training knowledge and also talk about opportunity.
You can enrol yourself to it.
