Hi,
I work for a Company which has different Leave Entitlements for different sections and am working towards creating a uniform leave policy for the whole organisation. I would appreciate it if there are any inputs towards the stream lining of the policy , and would also appreciate it if I can get a sample of leave policies.

I work for a software company and we have
15 days: Vacation Leave
6 days: Casual Leave
6 days: Sick Leave
12 weeks: Maternity Leave
7 days: Paternity Leave
Medical Leave on a case-to-case basis.
In addition, we also sanction leaves under compensatory off and Loss of Pay categories.
