Dear Seniors,
I am working as an Assistant manager for a company and my CEO asked me to collect all the information on the following:
1. Compensation Structuring
2. Leave Policies
3. Statutory Guidelines
4. CTC Breakup to reduce payment of Tax from both employee and employer point of view.
5. In case if Uniform Allowance, free meals are tax exempted, to what extent it is tax free?
6. Provident Fund Guidelines (Latest)
7. ESI guidelines (Latest)
I have gone through few government websites but could not get my doubts clarified. that too Govt Websites are not updated.:icon6:
I also need even some standard books, websites for further clarifications.
Please help me out.
