How to remember the name of writers?
Dear seniors i know asking such an question is not good beacuase the answar it self i have to find out. but as a seniors i know you can advice on this.... one of my hobby is to read managmement books but many a time am not able to remember the name of writer/author. when some one ask me who was the author that book and so feel totally disappointed. could you pls advice me on this thanks padam

Hello seniors i need your help and advice. i am working for a recruitment consultancy which is catering to the requirements of big engineering industries. i have no complaints with the present job other than the salary part. now last week i got a mail regarding an opening in another consultancy for a "head reruitment" position. just out of curiosity i approached them spoke to them and they made me an offer than what i am getting presently. i agreed and when i spoke to my current boss i learnt that he is not ready to part with me. he feels he cannot lose me because he feels that i am good and says that 'if others can buy you for that money why not i pay you the same to retain you for myself'. now he has made the same offer that the other company has made. now my problem is how to put it across to the new employer that i would be continuing in the same place??? because i want to tell you seniors sincerely :"i did not trade my offer". i that he make a to that to me." i was all set to leave the present company and join the new one. please advice me. i would be greatful to you all jayanthi
Urgent very urgent please help
Seniors pls help i am in hr dept. one of my colleague used to take leave so often. & always he is cubbling his recommneded leave with saturdays & sundays & enjoy 4 to 5 leaves at one shot. everytime when he is planning to take leavehe send request email to us for approval. however there is not any fixed schedule in those days but problem can come at any time as he is our company engineer he should be ready at any point of time. kindly advice me what should i do or please send one warning letter while considering above terms in mind. please help this is quite urgent.. regards lavanya
