Hi priyada,
Good to know that you hold similar background as mine. priyada let me be very frank with the HR status in the market as you know they are few professional jobs left on HR, as a fresher our aim is to get on to a good job and start your career.. i would suggest you that first you please get through any corporate experience in HR for 1year trust me you will have a great impact on your career. you will know where you are strong in terms of your skills. for eg: in hr mainly you judge yourself in terms of : interpersonal skills, multitasking, discretion and business ethics, team orientation etc.. based on your experience only you can define yourself confidently. so i suggest you that you opt for a job with interests you.. then simultaneously you undergo training for SAP or join weekend batches, initially join any normal inst. where they provide you good training to get a clear picture on SAP. i will send you few documents later on your email id.
