In the wake of a changed and challenging economic scenario, equipping ourselves with innovative ways to address people related challenges, is the need of the hour.
Challenging situations can provide new opportunities to either re-train employees and deploy them intelligently, relook at parameters like productivity or build in-house competence in anchoring key initiatives to prepare Leaders, as we look forward to a turnaround.
It is with this primary intention in mind, that we at TVRLS have created programs titled 'HRD in a Challenging Economy', over and above our regular certificate and open programs.
The idea behind offering these programs, is to explore innovative ways by which, HR professionals can add more value to their organizations and steer them through a challenging phase.
Based on feedback and requests from our erstwhile participants, we have also redesigned our Certificate programs to offer greater flexibility to interested HR professionals.
