Want solution for different problem
Dear all we are facing a problem related to punching of employees. we are having thumb punching machine for attendence.but some employees having problem with this coz some time machine not recognising their thumb impression.so we are providing attendence card to all as solution. but the fact is some employees are taking wrong advantage of this. they came late & fill the card as no punch givinng reason of machin problem. now it is becoming harmful to punctual employees. what can i do now? can anybody suggest me perfect solution? sanika
