The attached Copy of UP Minuimum Wages is not very clear,specially the Colm No 2 is it 2954 or 2964 & then in revision col is it 680 .11or 880.11.
Pl clarify, Can somebody upload the clear copy of the same notification ?

for the month APRIL & MAY-2009 so you let me know where we payment of
short contribution for the month of APRIL & MAY-2009.
