Dear All Intellectuals,
I want to know what these colour means for pay slips?
1. Blue Pay Slip
2. Pink Pay Slip
3. Rainbow Pay Slip
4. Black Pay Slip
5. Greeen Pay Slip
6. White Pay Slip
7. Red Pay Slip
8. Brown Pay Slip
9. Grey Pay Slip
10. Voilet Pay Slip
May be there are some Light Blue or Dark Blue and Pink kind of Pay Slips Exist in India. Beccause in Australia we don't use this kind colour codification for Pay Slips and our labour laws do not allow any discrimination practices in employment to codify them with some colours.
Your responses will be highly appreaciated. Because its confusing as I enquire my friends in UK and US whether any such colour codification of Pay Slips exist there but they inform that its something unusual to code pay slips and what is philosophy is unknown to all of us in the western countries.

This is totally illiterate definition and very funny unprofessional expression for the process being simply expressed in law as termination, retrenchment or separation.
When other legal terms are available in HR and Labour laws what this “PINK SLIP” Business is all about?
Basically, if we write this "PINK SLIP" on termination notice Labour Court will vitiate the entire process as cheating with misleading term to the employees as something bonus or extra reward.
This Fancy and Feminine Words Just add confusion and legal problems. I would like to have experts coments on legal validity of this term in HR Practices specially by Mr. Malikjs and MadhuTK may please comment.

Legally this term "PINK SLIP" is not valid and acceptable in any of the official documents either on Notice Board of Termination Notice as well as Retrenchment. We cannnot write this word that employee will be paid "PINK SLIPS".
This kind jargon and retoric is being used by some fancy "FEKU" CEO and Accountants who does not know the legal reprecurssion of their garbage languages. Unfortunately moast of new commers in HR and novice HR people blindly accept what ever is custamsied by their bosses because they themself are not expereinced enough to differentiate what is the correct word and language to be used.
