Hi all hrd in our co is in the process of designing new performance appraisal pa systems for the service depts : finance hr logistics marketing etc. since pa is a new concept in this company i presume pa assessment forms are the best way to start. i am familiar with techniques like 360 6 sigma and tqm but i do not think they can be implemented in the current situation. looking forward to some practical insights from hr professionals on pa parameters and benchmarks regarding appraisal forms. thanks.
Getting a less ctc job offer than my previous drawn - i am job less for a few months
Hi all i am job less for a few months. my last drawn ctc is 5 lpa but due to financial strains i am ready to accept 3 lpa job offer. my question is if i get a job for 6 lpa will the company be ready to give 5.5lpa at least based on my previous drawn salary? i am having 16 years of experience.

Hi i am working as a sr.hr exe. in small it companyemployee strength is between 4050. i have to prepare a performance evaluation templateformat & a questionnaire for yearly performance appraisal. it should be categorized in three evaluation tests. 1 employee self evaluation 2 managers evaluation 3 hr evaluation. i have to prepare questions for all the three categories. i would be needing help & suggestions from all the hr professionals of cite hr. to prepare the same. thanks & regards palkin

Dear member i m in the midst of establishing company idea innovation/ program systematic evaluation system. if anyone had already implemented such system it is very useful if you could share with me. current evaluation are not really a set of measurable parameters some i would say more on evaluator feels which may involve bias based evaluation. your cooperation is highly appreciated.
